Who We Are
Precise Development is led by Samke Mnguni
a Black South African woman and development sector practitioner with over 15 years of experience across child and youth development, financial inclusion, philanthropy, and climate. She has led programme implementation, co-founded a nature-based social enterprise in rural Kenya, and advised corporates and foundations on social investment strategy.
At the centre of her lifes work is a commitment to people; specifically those who are most often left out of the decisions that shape their lives. Samke's work is driven by a belief that development activities should honour the contexts they operate in, tell the stories of the communities they serve, and be rigorous enough to hold up, all without losing sight of the human reality on the ground.
Through Precision Development, she works with organisations driving social impact in South Africa to clarify their impact pathways, design strategies that hold up under scrutiny, and measure what actually changes.
